Housing Rehabilitation Program
From March 13 to April 14 the deadline will be open to qualify for the rehabilitation program autonomic housing 2008.

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS: From March 13 to 14 April 2008
COLLECTION AND DELIVERY OF APPLICATIONS AND INFORMATION
ON THE AGENDA: "Municipal Urban Planning Bureau (Blas)."
REQUIREMENTS FOR SHELTER TO REHABILITAR:
- That the housing has an age superior to 10 years.
- Housing will have a usable area exceeding 24 M2.
- The housing should have some safety features and structural construction to ensure the viability of Rehabilitation to be carried out.
- The housing should be the normal and permanent residence of the applicant.
- They will have preference when it comes to be scored, those requests which housings present problems of habitability
DOCUMENTS TO BE PRESENTED BY APPLICANTS:
- Certified photocopy of the D.N.I. or passport.
- Certified photocopy of the family book.
- Photocopy of the public deeds, note registration or any document confirming the right of actual possession of it.
- Certified photocopy of the last receipt of a contribution of housing.
- Certificate of registration dates and high ratio of people registered in housing (registration office).
- Property descriptive and graphical certificate of the housing (Patronage of collection "Calle Negrillos").
- Accreditation of the family income relative to the year 2.006 through either:
- A) Certified photocopy of the tax return.
- B) Certificates of workplaces, certificate of pensions, unemployment and so on. (In the supposition of not realizing it, RESPONSIBLE DECLARATION will be accompanied).
- Promise not to transmit housing under the terms established by Decree 149/2003 of 10 June (3 years from the date of qualification). This form will be collected along with the application at the town planning office.
- Approximate budget of the works to be performed (labour and materials), as well as brief report of what will be rehabilitated.
- Photographs where they can see the area of housing rehabilitation.
- The Regional applicant must provide a Telephone number for its location at the time of making the report by the urban municipal technicians.
- Certified photocopy of the card-Andalusia Board Sixty-five,
MODALIDAD ORO. (If it possible)
• The check of documents for this Program they will be carried out in the Town hall (M ª. Carmen – 1st floor of the Town hall).
